WHAT ARE SERVICES LIKE? Great question! We blend contemporary Christian music with classic hymns in our worship services. The sermons are challenging and engaging. But let's just be honest, it's the people that make worshipping at Mount Tabor such a joy.
CAN I BRING MY COFFEE? We'd much rather you have coffee than fall asleep in the pew. Seriously though, bring your coffee! But if you forget, don't worry, we'll have some in the foyer!
HOW SHOULD I DRESS? You should. Clothing is mandatory. Beyond that, wear what you feel comfortable in! Our senior pastor is usually in jeans and a dress shirt, and you'll see a tie or two dotting the landscape. You will also find jeans, polo shirts, dresses, skirts, and shorts too!
WHAT WILL MY KIDS DO? First of all, the safety of your children when they are at Mount Tabor is something we take very seriously. We have classes for children of all ages or feel free to bring them in for the worship service with you!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? Worship services are at 9:30 and 11:00 AM. We also have Sunday School (birth-high school) at 9:30 AM, Wee Worship (birth-1st grade) and Jr. Church (2nd-6th grade) at 11:00 AM. Adult classes are available during both services as well. If it is your first time bringing your family arrive 10 minutes so we can securely check them in to the children's environments.
