Rooted Student Ministry is for middle and high school students curious about faith and eager to discover how a relationship with Jesus could change their lives, their schools, and our communities.

SUNDAY MORNINGS | 9:00 & 10:30 AM Students are a part of, not apart from the church on Sundays. We believe students should grow alongside adults in the church, fully integrated and taking ownership in a church that they will soon be leading. For those that attend second hour, we highly encourage them to attend a Sunday School class at 9:00 (MS & HS or 6-7 grade) or find a place to serve. |
SUNDAY NIGHTS | 5:00-7:30 PM 6th-12th GRADE Rooted Student Ministry has a Sunday night environment designed specifically for middle and high school students. It includes live worship, practical teaching, and guided group discussion. RSM small groups are led by adults committed to equipping students to successfully navigate the teen years and develop a faith of their own. |

TCTC 2026
This year at TCTC we’re going to explore the life of Peter and look at how Jesus called him to be “more than.” As we look at Peter, we see that he was a fisherman, and Jesus called him to be more than his label. Later, when Peter was walking on water towards Jesus, he took his eyes off of Him because of his surrounding circumstances. Jesus called him to be more than in the midst of those circumstances. And when Jesus was arrested and Peter denied ever knowing Him, Jesus, after his resurrection, restored Peter and showed him he was more than his failures.
Peter experienced the mercy of Christ in his life, and through Peter’s life, we can understand that we are more than our labels, more than our circumstances, and more than our failures.
